BCJExport has no minimum order requirement. We can discuss a single custom piece, a small collection or larger ongoing production.
Typical manufacturing time is approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on the design, materials and production requirements.
START WITH THE PIECE
The right metal choice begins with the finished piece — its proportions, setting style, appearance, intended wear and customer requirements.
Gold and platinum remain the main focus of BCJExport’s fine jewelry manufacturing, but we also work with other metals where appropriate to the design. These can include palladium and silver, with silver also available with or without gold plating, depending on the project requirements.
The choice of metal is considered alongside the complete design — including gemstones, setting, proportions, construction and final finishing. Different projects call for different solutions, and we do not restrict a customer to one material simply because it falls outside our core gold and platinum work.
Where a customer has a particular material preference or metal sensitivity, alternative options can be discussed before production so the selected material can be considered as part of the overall design brief.
If you already have a preferred metal, include it with your design references and specifications. If the choice is still open, our team can discuss the available options with you before production begins.

Metal, construction and finish are considered together. A change to one can influence the others.
The intended colour, wearing context and overall character of the piece help guide the choice between gold and platinum. Material selection is considered alongside the design, construction and finish rather than as an isolated specification.
Stone dimensions, setting style and the proportions of a ring, pendant or earring all influence how a piece is developed. When gemstones have already been selected, their measurements can be incorporated into the design from the beginning. BCJExport can also coordinate gemstone sourcing and custom cutting where required.
Polishing, laser engraving, enameling and other finishing details contribute to the final character of the jewelry. Considering these details early allows the CAD, construction and finishing stages to work toward the same intended result.
FROM DESIGN TO WORKSHOP
Once the design direction is clear, CAD development brings the proportions, construction and intended setting into view before production begins.
From there, the workshop carries the piece through manufacturing, stone setting, polishing, engraving, enameling where required, and final quality control. Each stage is considered as part of the same design rather than as a separate decision.
BCJExport can work with customer-supplied gemstones where appropriate, or coordinate gemstone sourcing and custom cutting when stones are still required. Stone dimensions, setting style and the intended arrangement are considered as part of the design and manufacturing process.
We also manufacture semi-mounts and unset jewelry when the project calls for stones to be supplied or set separately.
