BCJExport is not a retail jewelry store. Our focus is manufacturing for businesses that need a reliable production partner in Thailand.
We work with established jewelers as well as designers and brands developing new collections. There is no minimum order, allowing customers to begin with a single piece, a prototype, a small collection or ongoing production according to their requirements.
Each project is handled around the needs of the design rather than a fixed catalog of products.
From Design to Production
A project may begin with a sketch, reference image, existing CAD file or completed design.
Our team can support the development process through CAD, production preparation, gemstone requirements, manufacturing, stone setting and final finishing.
CAD development typically takes approximately 2–3 days, depending on the complexity of the design. Manufacturing is generally approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on the piece, materials and production requirements.
For customers requiring gemstones, BCJExport can also coordinate gemstone sourcing and custom cutting in Bangkok, including projects where customer-supplied stones are used where appropriate.
