Our fine jewellery manufacturing process follows a precise, professional workflow to ensure the highest standards of quality, durability, and craftsmanship. Each piece begins with the design stage, where concepts are developed and approved before moving into CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to create an accurate 3D digital model. This is followed by wax model production, allowing the design to be transformed into a physical prototype, which is then used in the casting process to form the jewellery in precious metal.

After casting, the piece undergoes finishing and pre-polishing to refine its structure before expert craftsmen perform precise stone setting. The jewellery is then brought to life through meticulous polishing, enhancing its brilliance and surface quality. Finally, each piece passes through strict quality control (QC) inspections before being carefully prepared for secure packaging and global shipping, ensuring it reaches our clients in perfect condition.
