Chief Executive Officer – Operations & Technology

Jiyaa L. Devender leads Thailand operation and technological strategy of the company, bringing a strong combination of business leadership, production expertise, and digital innovation to the organization. With extensive experience in international jewelry manufacturing and export, she oversees the full production workflow — from CAD design and sourcing to manufacturing, quality control, and global logistics.

Based in Bangkok, Jiyaa plays a key role in integrating modern technology into traditional jewelry craftsmanship, ensuring efficient processes, transparent communication, and consistent product quality for clients worldwide. Her leadership focuses on operational excellence, scalable systems, and building long-term partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, and brands across global markets.

Howard Hofland

Chief Executive Officer – Operations & Global Sales

Howard Hofland oversees the company’s global sales and operation strategy, bringing extensive international experience in jewelry manufacturing, client development, and supply chain management. With a strong background in building long-term partnerships, he leads the company’s engagement with retailers, wholesalers, and brands across North America, Europe, and other key markets.

Based between Toronto and Bangkok’s manufacturing hub, Howard focuses on aligning production capabilities with client needs, ensuring efficient workflows, competitive pricing, and consistent quality standards. He plays a central role in managing customer relations, strategic growth initiatives, and expanding the company’s global presence.

Factory Director

Our Factory Director is the senior executive in charge of the entire factory operations.
He oversee production, staff, quality control, costs, and overall performance of the manufacturing facility. He keeps all staff happy!

Factory & Quality Controller

Our Factory & Quality Controller is the person responsible for meterial distribution, process and supply chain between departments and staff. Leads Quality Control by paying close attention to fine details such metal integrity, stone setting security, finishing quality, and overall craftsmanship symmetry, polish consistency, and structural durability.

Finance & Account Management

Plays critical role in ensuring the smooth financial and commercial operations of our wholesale factory— where costs and margins are tightly controlled.

Manages currency transactions, VAT exemptions ( 0% export VAT in Thailand), and compliance with tax regulations

Head of Jewellers

Our Head of Jewellers is responsible for leading and overseeing all jewellery craftsmanship and production activities within the workshop. This role ensures the highest standards of quality, precision, and efficiency in the creation of fine jewellery pieces. There is no complex design that he cant do! He loves a challenge.

Head of Setters

Our Head of Jewellery Setters is responsible for leading all stone-setting operations within the workshop, ensuring precision, durability, and exceptional finishing quality in every jewellery piece. He is a master of all type of stone settings with high precision and attention to the smallest details.

Head of Polishers

Our Head of Polishing is responsible for overseeing all jewellery pre-polishing, polishing and finishing operations, ensuring every piece meets the highest standards of shine, smoothness, and final presentation. He handles all complex finishing requirements with various new techniques and tools.

Fine Jeweller

Highly specialized craftsman who excels in handling complex, precision-driven pieces. He works closely with CAD designers and production teams to bring intricate concepts to life, transforming detailed designs into flawless finished jewelry.
